- 1/2 banana 1 tangerine, 1 small apple 1 guava 1 slice pineapple (all cut into little chunks) 

FOOD 
- Chicken breast 
- 2 mazanas pieces with 2 tablespoons plain yogurt 1 cuhchara honey and 1 small handful of walnuts, peanuts or almonds 

SNACK 1 
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt with 2 tablespoons of cereal and 1 jam 

SNACK 2 
- 2 slices of pineapple 

DINNER 
- Cereal with milk 

DAY 3 

BREAKFAST 
- Pineapple juice 

LUNCH 
- 1/2 turkey sandwich (ham or turkey) with a leaf of spinach or lettuce and tomato 1/2 
- 2 whole-grain crackers 

FOOD 
- Fish fillet or grilled chicken breast without skin 
- Spinach salad, lettuce, cucumber, chilaca, cabbage and tomato 

SNACK 1 
- 1 medium bowl of popcorn natural 

SNACK 2 
- 1 cup yogurt snow 

DINNER 
- 1 cup of hot chocolate 

DAY 4 

BREAKFAST 
- Game apple with a tablespoon of flaxseed 
but 
- Crackers 

LUNCH 
- One chubby corn rajas 

FOOD 
- Consomme with brown rice, pumpkin, celery, parsley, cilantro, cauliflower and broccoli 
- 2 corn tortillas with avocado 

SNACK 1 
- 1 bowl of grapes 

SNACK 2 
- 1 OR MANDARIN ORANGE 

DINNER 
- 1 hot dog with a glass of milk 




Do not nag if they can not follow it to the letter, so far I have not yet met anyone who I is unable to do so personally I just moved up to third day eventhough d that the latter is the easiest so you must eat, but more difficult because by then your body requires more carbohydrates you for having one bad habit of eating a lot and it comes a huge craving for sweet bread haha 
like if I can not follow it as it is and have the urge to eat something else, try to be somewhat healthy, so do not get even the 4 or 5 kilos, will have guaranteed at least two kilos lost like me XD 

otherwise, do not despair if those 4 days do not see many results, I saw like one or two days after finishing the diet, so do not get frustrated and eat a lot and bad back just after the diet or will not see many results. 

And do not worry, not soon lose both mean who are losing water, I assure you it is fat, this diet is pretty well balanced, but just remember not to do it once a month d.
