How To Lose 6 Kgs Weight In 5 Days

I did this diet for some time and despite half pass 61 kilos despite 54 kilos in 5 days! =) Maybe they look a bit tiring eat apples all day but I swear it's worth !!! hope you like it and put into practice !!

Apple Diet 

1 day: 

Breakfast: All you want apples. 
Lunch: All the apples you want. 
Snack: All apples you want. 
Dinner: All you want apples. 

2 day: 

Breakfast: All you want apples. 
Lunch: A green salad with just lemon or vinegar and accompanied by cottage cheese .. 
Snack: All apples you want. 
Dinner: All you want apples. 

3 day: 

Breakfast: One slice of bread with a slice of ham. An apple. 
Lunch: A green salad. 
Snack: All apples you want. 
Dinner: All you want apples. 

4 day: 

Breakfast: One slice of bread with a slice of ham. An apple. 
Lunch: A salad of steamed vegetables, tuna water without potatoes. Lemon to dress it. 
Snack: All apples you want. 
Dinner: A cup of rice cereal with low-fat yogurt. 

5 day: 

Breakfast: One boiled egg, a slice of bread and an apple. 
Lunch: A salad of raw vegetables, and roast beef than pork. 
Snack: All apples you want. 
Dinner: All you want apples.
